If a product does not work as described, or has an error we cannot fix, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund you in full.
Because the products are instant digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds simply for a change of mind once a file has been downloaded — but please try the free online calculators and the free e-book sampler first to see if PlantCalcKit suits you.
Refunds are paid through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
